We are now at a stage where the speed of technological innovations and emerging trends are evolving faster than businesses and people can naturally react to. Change is the new normal. It demands a new way of learning together, co-peration, strategic planning and decision making. We need to discover ways to learn and perform together to tackle change questions. To open up to change fun, agility, communication and innovation are the key drivers that can change our mind-sets.
