My publications explore what enables organisations to transform and perform,  bringing together strategy, governance, organisation and execution with leadership, behaviour and culture. Drawing on practical experience, research and different disciplines, I write about Business Agility, leadership, resilience, collaboration and human excellence in a changing world.

Fun shifts your mindset. It sparks curiosity, opens up new perspectives and encourages people to challenge existing assumptions. By infusing fun into change, we create room for creativity, experimentation and new ways of thinking and working, while staying focused on meaningful results.

To embrace change, people need to connect with their rational drivers. The key question is: Why does this change matter, what do we want to achieve, and what’s in it for me? Clear purpose and meaningful goals turn understanding into commitment, ownership and action.

Change becomes meaningful when it connects with people’s emotional drivers. The key question is: What makes this change worth embracing? Serious Fun is about feeling valued, connected and fulfilled, making the journey rewarding, not just the destination.

Business and employee agility start with creating and facilitating the conditions for change. Leaders and organisations enable people to take ownership, experiment, learn and adapt.
